Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully

By accessing this website or ordering any goods via the www.mmshaadishop.com website, you the customer, agree to these terms and conditions without exception.

If you do not agree to them, please do not purchase any items from our on-line store.

mmshaadishop is a subsidiary of Midland Mandaps Ltd. 

  1. The www.mmshaadishop.com website is provided solely for your personal use.  You may not use this website for any commercial purpose
  2. Before you place an order please read our Delivery Information, Disclaimer & Returns Policy.  These pages form part of our terms and conditions and contain important information about your order
  3. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full
  4. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details.  Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details
  5. Visitors under the age of 16 should not register with this website or submit any information to us

Acceptance of your order

  1. Shortly after you have placed an order with us by going to the Checkout and completing the information requested, an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order.
  2. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from www.mmshaadishop.com.  Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and www.mmshaadishop.com will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order
  3. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: The product you ordered being out of stock; Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment; The identification of a pricing or product description error
  4. Internet orders will be confirmed by email. Should you not receive confirmation within 5 business days, please email us at mmshaadishop@hotmail.co.uk or call 07736673828

Payment

We currently accept payment via PayPal.  If you do not have a PayPal account, you can simply Checkout as a Guest.  We accept credit and debit card payments through PayPal.  PayPal is an easy, safe and secure payment method

Order Cancellation

  1. If you wish to cancel your order please email mmshaadishop at: mmshaadishop@hotmail.co.uk  Please state why you wish to cancel the order
  2. It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately.  If your order has already been dispatched please return the order
  3. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products.  Further details are set out in our Returns Policy
  4. Where your order is returned to us within 8 working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by email of your wish to cancel your order within this period, the cost of your order and your original postage and packing charge will be reimbursed in full
  5. Please note that cancellations or alterations to orders marked as non-returnable goods must be made within 24 hours of ordering

Returns

  1. We are under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements. We have sole discretion in deciding whether or not to accept returns
  2. We are extremely dedicated at mmshaadishop.com to offering you the best quality in our products and our service. We understand that mistakes are sometimes made and we are here to help remedy those problems
  3. If you've received a damaged item, please contact us by email within 2 days of your receipt of the product.  Keep all the packaging as well as the item itself.  When you contact us, we will give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. It's very important that you do not send the item back to us until you have spoken with one of our representatives. We will email you a RETURN FORM to complete
  4. If the item you received was not the item you ordered please contact us by email within 2 days of your receipt of the product.  Keep all the packaging as well as the item itself.  When you contact us, we will give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. Please do not send the item back to us until you have spoken with one of our representatives
  5. All returns from a given order are done at the same time. Only one Return Form will be sent or accepted for any one order, so please ensure that all returns from that order are reported at the same time
  6. We require all items to be returned by Royal Mail in the condition that they were sent in their original packaging and suggest proof of posting is obtained for your records in case the item goes missing.  Some items are non-refundable and this is stated within the product information of each product that this applies to
  7. We require all return items below £50 to be returned by Royal Mail recorded` delivery and all items above £50 are sent by Royal Mail special delivery
  8. We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received and request that you contact Royal Mail directly

Pricing

  1. All prices shown on the website are in £Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.  Prices can be displayed in $ and Euro’s by selecting the appropriate currency symbols
  2. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Product Availability

  1. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces. Substitutions will only be made with your prior consent
  2. mmshaadishop.com makes every effort to present accurate and timely information regarding the products we have for sale. However, it is possible that discrepancies or inaccuracies may arise if mmshaadishop.com receives inaccurate information from its suppliers or other outside sources. Should you encounter any information on our site that you deem inaccurate, please inform us at mmshaadishop@hotmail.co.uk
  3. If an item is out of stock, it will be displayed as ‘out of stock’ or ‘pre-order’
  4. It is understood that the company cannot be held responsible or liable for any problems or losses (apart from those covered by the customer's statutory rights as a consumer) whether actual or perceived that may arise from the wearing, purchase or non-supply of the purchased item. The company will, however, make every reasonable effort to supply the items / items on time and in good condition
  5. The liability of the company will not exceed the initial invoice purchase price of the supplied goods

Delivery

  1. We endeavour to dispatch most goods within 3-5 working days of receipt of a cleared payment unless a minimum order period has been specified.  FREE UK Shipping
  2. All orders will be delivered to a single UK address
  3. If you would like the order to be dispatched to a European or International address, postage will be EXTRA.  We will email you to let you know the postage cost once we have processed your order
  4. Pre-ordered items can take up to 25 working days (excluding bank holidays)

Liability & Indemnity

  1. We do not exclude or limit our liability or the liability of any other person for death or personal injury resulting from our or their negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation. Except as set out above and in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods and/or services following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website
  2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, or consequential loss of whatever nature, including damage to software or hardware, loss of data, damage for loss of business, loss of profits, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the website (including without limitation, any such loss arising out of or in connection with any order placed on the website, whether or not accepted by us)
  3. You agree to indemnify us the owners of www.mmshaadishop.com and our directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you
  4. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these Terms and Conditions

  2. If any of these terms and conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect
